Updated : 2008 067 @485 [wap address : rlp.free.fr/wap] Internet year time keeping proposal (internet
calendar: gregorian = icalendar) Introduction Firstly, all day times given on this page are
internet times. Internet time is based on (UTC+1 Winter time), 0 is midnight, one beat is
86.4s(SI) . Secondly, I don't like the Gregorian
calendar I use today, so here is my proposal for an internet calendar. Time and Hexadecimal numbers I suggest you to read the page on internet date before the pages on the hexadecimal numbers. If you want more information about internet time, there is a link to swatch internet time page below.
There is also a short introduction to hexadecimal numbers and symbols there :what are the hexadecimal symbols ?. Proposal I feel like I need a calendar based on astronomical
observation like UTC. The internet year time is based on TAI and a tropical
year. A year is divided in 1000 ybeats, A tropical year is : sy
= 31 556 925.51 s,
so 1
ybeat = 31 556.92551 s. The reference is : ref
= 2001/01/01 @0 and ry = 2001000
ybeats (reference year). We compute a date (in ybeat) like this : DATE = ry + ( number of
seconds since ref ) / ybeat or DATE = ry + ( date - ref)
/ ybeat (be careful if you use the Gregorian
calendar) Examples When I wrote this page, it was : 2002
/ 08 / 10 @366. These date and time are also : 2002
607 @366. (08/10 is 607, 608, 609) DATE(2002/08/10@366) = 2001000
+ ( 50726147.91 ) / 31556.92551 TODO - a java converter Gregorian
calendar-Internet calendar :) CONCLUSION forget leap years and leap days ! forget months that are 30 days or 31 days long
! CONTACT you think it's not logical or there is a mistake
